We appoint AI and software engineers for technology teams in the United States and India. The narrow focus is deliberate: it is what allows our consultants to assess on substance rather than on keywords.
The problem we exist for
An agency runs a keyword search, exports twenty CVs, and forwards them. Your team spends a week interviewing. Two candidates were never close, three had the right words and none of the depth, and the role is still open — except now your engineers are reluctant to take the next batch.
We work the other way round. The role gets taken apart with the hiring manager first, every candidate has a technical conversation before they reach you, and the ones we would not defend in front of your staff engineer never get sent.
How we work
A conversation with the hiring manager, not a PDF. What the systems look like, where the seniority bar actually sits, what a strong answer to your screen sounds like. Most of the value is created here, before anyone is contacted.
Candidates reach you having already been asked a version of what your team will ask. That is the whole difference between a shortlist your engineers trust and one they resent.
If the band cannot hire the person described, or the stack combination barely exists in that market, you are better off knowing in week one than in month three. We would rather lose the mandate than run a search we know will fail.
Where we operate
We work with technology organisations across the United States, and are extending the same practice through India's major engineering markets — Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, the NCR and Chennai. That combination is useful when the hiring sits on one side and the engineering centre on the other.
